Goal Pads
The most accurate formula that I have used with much success is as follows:
  1. Measure using a cloth measuring tape starting at the front center of the knee cap and down across to the inside ankle bone.
  2. Measure the thigh rise of the pad by starting at the front center of the knee cap to the desired height on the thigh.
  3. Skate size.

The Arm span is created by taking a measuring tape and stretching it taunt between thumb and forefinger as wide as possible.
